The Cru is a constellation of women committed to helping each other thrive. You’ll be matched by a leadership development expert with a Cru of nine other stars. The ten of you will share your life goals with one another and collaborate to achieve them through a series of get togethers. Think of this as a career-focused fitness club (with less sweat and more wine). A Guide will be assigned to your Cru to help facilitate and track your progress, but you’ll achieve results through the collective power of the sisterhood. Once a year, you’ll all be invited to a beach destination experience to renew yourself and celebrate with other Crus from around the country.
Each Cru will decide how often you want to connect at your inception dinner. We encourage you to meet in person once a quarter to exchange updates on your goals, hold each other accountable for results, and lend support. You might decide to communicate more frequently as you get to know one another. Your Guide will provide the facilitation tools to make it easy. The annual Cru renewal experience is two and a half days.

Based on the information you provide in our application, you will be matched geographically based on demographics, values, personality, and goals. We believe that diversity is a key component to achieving breakthrough in our lives, so we’ll intentionally match you with women that have various backgrounds, ambitions, networks, and stories.
The Cru operates on a membership subscription model. The fee will be $499 annually. Payment will not be due until after you have been invited to become a Cru member and you have made your acceptance decision.
The first round of applications closed on June 30th, 2018. If you would like to be considered for a future round Click HERE. The online application will take you approximately 20 minutes to complete. It’s an investment in yourself so we encourage filling it out with a cup of tea while listening to Sade or Indigo Girls. Once you’ve completed the application we’ll reach out to you to schedule a 20- minute virtual interview. We will officially open round two in the Spring of 2019.
The application process is designed to match you, not exclude you. If you aren’t extended an invitation to join a Cru in any round, it’s because we were unable to match you with a Cru that will enable your success. In that case, we’ll prioritize your application in the next round. If at any point you decide that you no longer want to be considered, just let us know.
